250 g Minced Lamb
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 cm piece of grated Ginger
1/2 ground tsp EACH coriander seeds, cumin seeds and chilli powder
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tbsp cornflour
1 egg yolk
4 hard-boiled eggs

The Recipe Attempt
On 12/04/03, Gazza and Sue tried to make some Nargis. We
followed the recipe above, even adding some (natural) food colouring!
Unfortunately, the Nargis was nowhere near as good as could be bought 5 minutes
away in the Pasha, so it may need rethinking. Anyhow, here are some photos
of the event.
